Rainer shares his experience after 6 months with EasyMotionSkin.

Rainer trains in the suit every other day, alternating between 85 and 40Hz with an intensity between 55 and 65%, depending on the muscle group.

The only minor criticism Rainer has concerns the electrodes in the neck area: "They only really work reliably once you've warmed up properly."
